Christian marriage reflects the love of Jesus. Our Premarital and Pre-engagement Counseling Program is designed to help couples discern their readiness for this awesome commitment and equip them for the joys and challenges of married life.
WHAT IS PREMARITAL COUNSELING?
The marriage preparation process is holistic, covering all aspects of a couple's relationship: practical, emotional, social, and spiritual. The following topics will be explored:
God's Design of Marriage
Understanding Your Partner's Personality and Love Language
Intimacy and Sexuality
Finances and Budgeting
Crosspoint Church views Christian marriage as a lifelong commitment that requires a vital connection with Christ. When you're in love, it's easy to overlook some of the important questions to ask before you say, "I do." But the truth is, if you really love this person, you'll be willing to put in some hard work on the front end to create a healthy marital foundation. Studies indicate that couples who participate in premarital counseling have higher satisfaction levels, better communication and lower divorce rates than do their counterparts.
