CROSSPOINT 2012 – NEXT SUNDAY @ 5PM
Our annual meetings at CrossPoint are not your normal church business meeting. We’ll gather for worship, a brief presentation on the exciting challenges and opportunities for us this year, and vote on our Budget and Elders for 2012. There will be no childcare at this meeting. Our proposed budget and Elder board will be available online on our website, in our lobby, and in your program the 3 weeks before the meeting. The weekend of January 15th and 22nd is your opportunity to ask questions and give us feedback. FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY - CLASS STARTS FEBRUARY 26TH 4:30-6:30pm. Join us for this important 13 week course on how to understand the forces behind our financial distress and how to set things right-financially, emotionally, and spiritually. This course will be taught by certified financial teachers, Ben and Liz Fritz. The class will be held on Sunday evenings from 4:30-6:30pm at CrossPoint Church. DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE CLASSES
This popular course focuses on ways to help us manage our thoughts and emotions and resolve conflict (whether at home, work or even church) in a way that honors God and each other. The course is taught by Jennie Jordan. She has over 17 years of training experience in both the corporate and faith based settings. Dealing with Difficult People I is four weeks and meets on Mondays (2/27, 3/5, 3/12 and 3/19) from 6:30-9:00pm. Dealing with Difficult People II is open to those who have completed Dealing with Difficult People I. Dealing with Difficult People II is four weeks and meets on Sundays (1/29, 2/5, 2/12 and 2/26) from 12:45-3:15pm. Cost is $50 per person for each course. PARENTS OF KINDERGARTNERS!!!In an effort to provide more age appropriate activities for our second semester Kindergartners, we are promoting before the end of the school year into the 1st/2nd Grade class. Beginning February 5, Kindergarteners attending the 9:00 am service will meet their teachers in the Auditorium. They can be picked up downstairs in the KidZ180 room at the bottom of the stairs. PIZZA BENEFIT NIGHT-OUT FOR KENYA BUILDING FEBRUARY 10TH Come and enjoy a Wood Fired Pizza at an adult only night of fellowship. Make your favorite pizza from a large selection of toppings and bake it in a wood fired pizza oven. Salad, drinks, and dessert are all included for the price of $20 per person. All of the proceeds from this event will be going to the Kenya Building Project. There are only 50 tickets for this event; tickets go on sale January 21st out on the plaza. DRUMMING WITH A PURPOSE FEB. 15TH 7-9PM
Get your groove on and invite your family and friends to jam at our 1st annual "Drumming Up" event to support our Kenya “Walk a Mile in My Shoes” Team. You don’t need to have prior experience in music or drumming. Clark Edmond will facilitate the group and lead you into a drumming experience. The event will take place on Wednesday, February 15, 2012, 7-9 PM at CrossPoint Church. The cost for this event is $10 per person and $25 per family. POKER RUN FOR KENYA SUPPORT FEBRUARY 18TH 7AM – 1PM Come on out to our 1st annual "poker run" to support our Kenya (WAMIMS) Team. The event will take place on Saturday, February 18, 2012. WOMEN’S BREAKFAST FEBRUARY 25TH Come join us on Saturday, February 25th for breakfast and a time of sharing. As a preview to this year’s upcoming Women’s Retreat, “A Journey of Faith,” we will have the opportunity to hear a few women share their stories of God’s faithfulness in their lives. WHAT'S COMING UP......
MEN’S DESERT TRIP MARCH 9TH-11TH Men we will be greasing up the toys and heading out to Ocotillo Wells March 9th-11th. The cost is only $15. Bring your ATV’s, Motorcycles, Sand Rails or whatever 4x4 vehicle you have. You will need to have your own Trailer, Tent or RV to sleep in along with your own food. BECOMING GIRLS CONFERENCE JAN. 20TH & 21ST
This is a conference for middle school and high school girls to discover who they were made to be. “A place to dream.” This is a 2-day conference on January 20th 7-9pm and then on January 21st 9am-2pm at Rancho Community Church in Temecula. The cost for the conference is $25. MID-WEEK SERVICE

7th – 9th Graders: Join us for a high-energy, fun time full of games, music, and digging into the Word! It'll be a great place to bring and introduce your friends to the Lord. This isn't your average school night!
10th-12th Graders: Tuesday night small groups meet at church for a time of fun, worship, and small group fellowship built to challenge you and encourage you in your relationship with God and connect with friends. Small groups will be going through student-minded Intersect questions.
