STEVE REDDEN is the lead pastor at CrossPoint Church and has an almost perfectly shaped bald head! His week is filled with teaching on Sundays, as well as leading our church in many areas. TIM JAMES is our Youth Director and Facilities Manager. He is proud to be the newest member of the balding male staff. He looks forward to experiencing life with Junior High, Hight School, and College Students as they discover God's purpose for their lives. Tim is currently working towards his master's in Marriage, Family Therapy. He enjoys snowboarding, riding motorcycles, working in the garage, and watching movies.
